Update Day!

Some of our recent work is finally ready for you! This time around, we bring the following changes:

1. Feathers of Azeroth revamped

Your Feathers of Azeroth are now able to wrap the wings of your current mounts with their feathers to let you use your normal flying mounts all over Azeroth! You can also select a standard mount that auto casts on using the Feathers. The mount applied is now persistent and will not reset its pitch on zone changes nor randomly fall off, as opposed to the flight form used previously.

2. Transmog Tokens are now Activity Tokens

By popular demand, Transmog Tokens have been repurposed to Activity Tokens. As you may already know, these can already be used at the Transmog Item vendor and for EoT at the Exchanger. Over time, you will be able to spend your Activity Tokens at various vendors at the mall.
Note: If you still see them named Transmog Tokens in-game, you may have to clear your cache. The name that you see will not affect whether you can use them or not.

3. RAF Changes

RAF duration has been extended to 60 days and more activities (such as entering combat and earning reputation and gold) now grant RAF progress for the referrals.

Development update

Greetings, everyone! We're still working hard to improve Yggdrasil's performance and experience. Here's an update on the recent developments:

Recent changes:

Some of the things we've worked on recently includes:

- Kaldorei Medallion: The Kaldorei Medallion now supports Mammoth travel forms! Stomp across Azeroth with ease.
- Transmog Token Exchange: Trade in your surplus Transmog Tokens for Emblems of Triumph. Exchange rate: 15 Tokens per Emblem.
- Refactored Frozen Halls/ICC cross faction script: Players will now always be able to interact. The faction bugs have been found and rectified.

What's next?

Our developmental focus is primarily aimed at:

- Community Forum: We've seen that a few have been interested in an arena to connected with other players, share spec guides, talent trees, theorycrafting, and discuss the latest news so we're working on integrating a forum with our website to ensure just that.
- Dungeon Bot Alts: Our approach to dungeon bots includes being able to hire your alts as bots that can help you in dungeons and raids.
- Feathers of Azeroth Optimization: We're refining the Feathers of Azeroth system to allow you to use your own mounts and to ensure optimal performance and a smoother gameplay experience.

Greetings, everyone! A new round of changes has been implemented:

Community system part 2: Player submissions!

The time has come for the next part of the community system!
- Now, players will now be rewarded Community Tokens for public posts on social media, Discord, Youtube etc. for content endorsing Yggdrasil and our community.
- For example, you can post screenshots of your in-game activities in https://discord.com/channels/1214331197170258010/1280199238868926617 or on Facebook, or post quest help videos on YouTube.
- Picture content is worth 1 Community Token per post and video content 2 Community Tokens per post.
- Community Tokens can be spent on in-game goodies and VIP. To be rewarded your Community Token, you must open a https://discord.com/channels/1214331197170258010/1273778115977678869 ticket for verification.
- We reward Community Tokens for the week's valid entries every Sunday at latest.

Level-up gold rewards

To easen the burden of paying for spells while maintaining the original trainer system, players now receive a gold reward per 10 levels from level 20 through level 80.

Minigob Manatickle:

No more bonkers manabonking! Minigob Manabonk has been rescripted to tickle players instead of sheeping them. After being hit by a tickle attack, he turns attackable and roams for a short while so you can take your revenge. Bonk wands are not mailed anymore but instead looted from his corpse post-tickle.

Druid Morphing increases travel speed!

For every 10 travel morphs collected, your travel form increases by 10% from its base speed, up to a total of 50% increase (ie. 90% speed while in travel form).

Wintergrasp flight path FFAPVP

Players that use flight masters to fly past Wintergrasp will no longer be flagged for PVP when their taxi trip leaves Wintergrasp.

Grouped Community channels

The Discord channels that regard community interactions are now grouped in a dedicated category.

Greetings, everyone! We're pleased to announce the following changes:

Community system part 1: RAF!

Now, players and their friends can enjoy benefits such as RAF friend summoning, Community Token awards for both the referer and their friend, and special rewards with different referral numbers for the referer. To learn more about how RAF works, please check in with your Twiggy. For players that referred their friends before RAF was live, please open a support ticket and we'll link you and your friend.

Vote Tokens and Community Tokens now account-shared and moved to the keyring

We've moved the custom item currencies to the keyring to ensure that the Community system and its tokens induces purely positive experiences - no more grievances about bag slots going to waste!

Demon morphs:

Warlocks' demon pets now have the same luxury as druids! By buying a Demonic Scroll at the Mall's northern mound for 50 Vote Tokens, you can start gathering demon forms today.

Note: Owing to the optionally elevated XP rates of the server, the RAF system doesn't bring XP acceleration or level granting.

Dear adventurers!

We're pleased to announce that multiple new features and changes have been launched in the past 2-3 weeks. Most notably, however, we now support Druid shapeshift morphs and a custom Transmog Item Vendor! 

The Kaldorei Medallion: Many of you have likely encountered Druid shapeshift "glyphs" or "transmogs" through other servers or retail artifacts. On Yggdrasil, however, druids are able to morph their shapeshift into almost any creature of the same type as their shapeshift. Visit the Mall today to purchase your Kaldorei Medallion for 50 Vote Tokens and unleash the ancient druid magic contained therein to gather over 150 unique forms and morph your shapeshifts into new looks!

Custom Transmogrification Item Vendor: Have you ever been stuck grinding your way to that one particular item you need to finish your look? Worry not, our mall's Transmog Item Vendor has got you covered! By querying the database directly, this vendor can conjure up almost any item in the game. Through engaging in end-game content at level 80, be that quests, dungeons, or raids, players earn occasional Transmog Tokens. These can be exchanged at this vendor for any item below item level 200, with most items starting at about 50 Transmog Tokens.

We are pleased to announce that we now support flying in Azeroth, including all capital cities. For when you're feeling brave enough to take on the sky, make sure you visit the northern tip of the mall and purchase your Feathers of Azeroth.

We are pleased to announce that we have introduced certain Quality of Life improvements in response to our Discord polls, including:
1. Four 10-slot starter bags
2. 60% mount, mall stone and riding skill on level 10
3. 200 Emblem of Valor reward on hitting level 80, to reduce the burden of gearing through RDF
4. Profession trainer selling Grand Master professions of all types for 100 Emblems of Frost per profession (price may be subject to change).

In addition, we've implemented the following bug fixes which some may or may not consider Quality of Life improvements:
1. The notorious WotLK 3.3.5a naked players bug - now your friends will always appear clothed when clothed!
2. The Defenders of the Light fighting against the Scourge during the Light of Dawn quest will no longer appear scantily clad. No more being beat around by grown men wearing nothing but boxer breifs!
